How Much Are Tickets?

Ticket prices vary based on the date and time of attendance.

Children 2 years and younger enter the show for free and do not require a ticket when accompanying an adult with a ticket.

Flexible entry allows ticket holders to enter the exhibit at anytime between the hours stated on their ticket.

Ultimate VIP Experience tickets include Anytime Entry (enter at any time on the date printed on your ticket, within current exhibit opening hours only), priority entry to the exhibit, choice of Festive Cocktail or Non-Alcoholic Beverage, and an exclusive ‘Twas the Light Before Christmas on Ice Merchandise gift.

Is parking available?

Yes, onsite parking is available on a first come, first served basis at the Hawai‘i Convention Center.

What is ‘Twas the Light Before Christmas on Ice?

Guests will embark on a journey through a whimsical Christmas wonderland where every corner is a testament to the joy and magic of the season; each path leads deeper into a magical realm where holiday cheer sparkles. Relax with a festive beverage while watching the show in the immersive room, walk through a Fir Forest, lace up your skates, shop an exclusive American Savings Bank Christmas Market (select weekends) and more. There are endless opportunities for photos with loved ones against enchanting backdrops, whimsical light sculptures, and festive scenes that are straight out of a holiday storybook.

Is seating available?
Seating is limited and is only available on a first-come, first-served basis. As seating is limited, we encourage guests to leave available seating for those with mobility limitations.
Will be there a gift shop?
Yes, a cashless gift shop is available
Can I bring bags into the exhibit?
We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibit, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection. Backpacks and duffel bags are not permitted in the exhibit.
Is there somewhere for me to store my things while I am in the exhibit?
There are no storage facilities, such as coat check, for guests.
Can I touch the screens during the show?
No, we kindly ask all attendees to refrain from touching the screens during the experience.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets can be purchased at the door, subject to availability. To secure a timeslot and best pricing available, please order your tickets in advance online.
Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable, as stated in the terms and conditions agreed to prior to successfully completing any ticket purchase.
How do I reschedule tickets?

Change of date or time requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled entry time shown on your ticket.

How will I get my tickets?

A confirmation email from ShowClix, our ticketing platform, is sent to the email address used when tickets are purchased.

You are also able to view your tickets at any time after purchase through signing in to your MyTickets account on ShowClix.

How do I sign-in to MyTickets account?

To sign-in to your MyTickets account, please click here.

Your username is the email address you entered when processing your order. If you don’t remember your password or don’t recall setting one up, please click forgot your password to reset it.

Do children under two need a ticket?

Children 1 year old and younger enter the show for free and do not require a ticket when accompanying an adult with a ticket.

How do I present my tickets at the show?
You can print a physical copy of your tickets, or you can present the QR code for your tickets off a smartphone or other device.
Can I gift tickets that are under my name?
Yes, you can. Please ensure your guests have a physical copy of the tickets printed to be admitted entry if the tickets are gifted. Additionally, we require valid ID to be presented alongside the tickets prior to entry to ensure eligibility for the ticket type.
Are there flashing lights or loud sounds?

Yes, the shows contain bright lights that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitive epilepsy or other medical conditions. If this may affect your experience, please consult with a medical professional prior to attending the show.

Our Immersive Room has music playing that might be slightly louder than normal and may cause discomfort to people suffering from sensitivity to loud sounds. If this is your case, we recommend you are accommodated with a proper noise reduction device and consult with a medical professional prior to attending the show.

Can the shows trigger vertigo or motion sickness?
Yes, the moving images, sounds and lights involved in the immersive experience may cause dizziness, motion sickness or vertigo. If this may affect your experience, please consult with a medical professional prior to attending the show.
Can I bring my service animal?
Yes, we allow service animals such as guide dogs. No pets are permitted.
Do you have wheelchairs or scooters for rent?
We do not have wheelchairs or scooters for rent.
Is the show wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the shows are accessible for guests of all abilities. Our show welcomes wheelchairs, mobile scooters, canes, etc.
I have a child with autism, SPD or ADHD. Will you have sensory bags/items?
We will not have audio sensory items available for guests, however, we encourage parents and caregivers to bring appropriate sensory stimulants and items that you may require.

How long is each skating session?

Skate session times vary based on date and time of attendance. 

From Monday through Thursday, ticket holders enjoy unlimited skate time on the ice. From Friday through Sunday, each Skate ticket includes 1 hour and 30 minutes of skating time.

Please note: once you leave the ice rink, re-entry is not allowed.

Are skate rentals included in my ticket?

Yes, skate rentals are included with your ticket purchase at no additional cost. Skate sizes range from Youth size 7 to adult size 15.

Are there age limits for skating?

Yes. For safety, children under 2 years old are not permitted on the ice, even if accompanied by an adult or being pushed on a skate aid.

Can I bring my own skates?

Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own skates. Please note, ticket pricing remains the same even if you choose to use your own skates.

Will the ice be resurfaced during the day?

Yes. To ensure the best skating experience, we will resurface (“cut”) the ice every even-numbered hour (12 p.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m., 6 P.M., etc.). The ice cut takes up to 30 minutes. During this time, all guests must exit the rink and return their skates.

Do I need to wear socks?

Yes, socks are required when using rental skates. We encourage all guests who plan to skate to wear or bring their own socks. Socks will also be available for purchase onsite if needed.

Does everyone on the ice need to wear skates?

Yes. For safety reasons, all guests on the ice must be wearing skates, even if they are being pushed on a skate aid. The only exception is for wheelchair users, who may be assisted on the ice. Walking on the ice in shoes is not permitted.

Are skate aids available?

Yes, a limited number of skating aids are available for an additional rental charge.

Are helmets available?

Yes, a limited number of helmets are available free of charge at the skate rental counter. Guests are encouraged to bring their own helmets if needed as we cannot guarantee availability.

Do I need to skate to enjoy the show?

Not at all! There are many other wonderful holiday experiences to enjoy throughout the event such as our immersive room, Keiki area, Food & Beverage and weekend Vendor Marketplace. Guests who do not wish to skate can purchase a Basic Timed Entry ticket that does not include skating. If you change your mind, skate add-on tickets are available onsite (subject to availability).
