Ticket prices vary based on the date and time of attendance.
Children 2 years and younger enter the show for free and do not require a ticket when accompanying an adult with a ticket.
Flexible entry allows ticket holders to enter the exhibit at anytime between the hours stated on their ticket.
Ultimate VIP Experience tickets include Anytime Entry (enter at any time on the date printed on your ticket, within current exhibit opening hours only), priority entry to the exhibit, choice of Festive Cocktail or Non-Alcoholic Beverage, and an exclusive ‘Twas the Light Before Christmas Merchandise gift.

Guests will embark on a journey through a whimsical Christmas wonderland where every corner is a testament to the joy and magic of the season; each path leads deeper into a magical realm where holiday cheer sparkles. Take part in a snowball fight, make a special Christmas wish, or relax with a festive beverage while watching the show in the kalaidaSCAPE immersive room. There are endless opportunities for photos with loved ones against enchanting backdrops, whimsical light sculptures, and festive scenes that are straight out of a holiday storybook.

Seating is limited and is only available on a first-come, first-served basis. As seating is limited, we encourage guests to leave available seating for those with mobility limitations.

We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibit, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, including purses, are subject to inspection. Backpacks and duffel bags are not permitted in the exhibit.

All tickets are non-refundable, as stated in the terms and conditions agreed to prior to successfully completing any ticket purchase.

Change of date or time requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled entry time shown on your ticket. An $8 rescheduling fee will apply.
